By registering an account you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you should not register or continue to use your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated to members before they take effect, and continued use of your account after that date constitutes acceptance.

Membership is limited to individuals who:

We may request documentation to verify identity, age, address and source of funds at any time and may restrict account functions until verification is complete.

You may hold one account only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

Account details must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend an account where information is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be verified.

Every promotion is governed by its own published terms in addition to these general terms. Where the two conflict, the specific promotional terms apply.

• Offers are available to qualifying members only and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Values shown are maximum amounts and actual rewards depend on qualifying activity.
• Offers cannot be combined unless the promotional terms expressly permit it.
• We may exclude a member from promotions where irregular activity is identified.

Bonus credit is promotional value and is not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

• Wagering requirements and qualifying activity are stated on each offer.
• Unused bonus credit is removed automatically when the promotional period expires.
• Maximum reward conversion limits may apply and are shown before you opt in.
• Withdrawing before requirements are met forfeits the remaining bonus credit.

Deposits are credited once cleared. Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment method registered in your own name and may be reviewed before processing.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply. We do not act as a financial institution and account balances do not earn interest.

We provide deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively. We may apply restrictions where activity suggests a member may be at risk.

• Opening multiple accounts or acting in concert with other members to gain promotional value.
• Using automated tools, exploits or software to influence outcomes.
• Providing false information or using payment methods you are not authorised to use.
• Attempting to disrupt, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our services.

Our services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are dissatisfied, contact support through your account. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 days, keeping you informed if further review is required.
